But I wonder if they actually have the tickets? It says something about tickets may have to be delivered to your hotel & the T&C state -

"Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order is received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, the Fulfiller will fill the order with the alternative seat locations. If no alternates are available, the User's credit card will not be charged and User will be notified that the ticket request has been rejected."

It may be that they just take the orders then try to buy tickets to match those orders.
