I hear that Manchester tickets are already on presale with Ticketmaster and you can get very best seats on side blocks, and on blocks either side of centre block (even though you know what I think of Ticketmaster!).

did you actually purchase these seats?

2 tickets already on EBAY Block A row B for £399.00.

MEN Arena floor seats:

Blocks A & C seats are numbered from 1 to 16.

For Block A, the best seats are the low numbers i.e. seats 1 & 2, which are the aisle seats nearest to Block B (the centre block).

For Block C, the best seats are the high numbers i.e. 15 & 16, which are the aisle seats nearest to Block B (the centre block).

Neither the Seetickets presale nor the Ticketmaster presale offered any seats in Block B, which contains the best seats on the floor.

Do I smell more Ticketmaster auctions and 'VIP packages'...?

I prefer to see the glass as half full not half empty ... many of us were able to get decent seats in the front blocks. I am sure that when ticketmaster sell tomorrow the seats will not be as good. It is more of concern that people came to the site and then immediately put the tickets for sale on ebay. I suppose the point is that the way it was done meant that it was not just 'members' but 'visitors' to the site though I doubt it was feasible to email all 8000 members with the web address and password.

Its may not be members or even visitors to this site - were any row B seats on offer to the forum?

I got Block A, Row K. Low numbered seats too so I should be right near the middle. I prefer being few rows back because the sound is better and I wont have to strain my neck looking up. I hope the crowd isn't too rowdy, the Opera House was perfect!

Keep on trying - it took me several attempts and about 15 mins before I got seats - Block A Row J.

I cant see that the MEN will sell out anyway but this is a generous offer at a chance for decent seats

We have changed the password because someone is selling the old password at eBay!!

The new password is the name of the person whose legs are white from the winter.
