Hi All,

Just discovered the forum so please forgive any lack of etiquette.
We very rarely go to concerts so naively thought that by going to the ticketmaster website at 10.00am last Friday we could pick up 4 tickets. Shock horror when it just kept coming back telling us to try again and again until it was sold out.

How DO you buy tickets? - some people obviously know as they seem to be on sale on e bay for extortionate prices and if push comes to shove that may end up as the route we have to take.

If anyone has a minimum of 2 (or preferably 4) tickets for Manchester on the 20th June we would be eternally grateful for them.
We have 2 young children at school hence the Friday option is best for us but as time goes by we may become more desperate.

I also note that there is concert on the 19th June but tickets are only available by buying the Guardian on the 4th April which may be useful to yourselves (and us if we still haven't found Friday tickets).

Looking for 2 tickets (even 1 ticket) to the St.John's, NL concert. It's going to be near impossible to get tickets and I don't have internet access at work. Hello Folks.

I was not even aware until too late that Cohen was appearing in ~Dublin, read it in the Irish Times, the day after the tickets sold out in Dublin for the 2 events. I was dissapointed that there was little or no prior advertising. I am looking for 2 tickets for any of the 2 concerts. I am living in Dublin, and have been an admirer of Cohen since the sixties. I supposes there is no point in saying too much other than I am fairly desperate at this point.

Hi, I am a long term fan, from the sixties - though a very recent member of the forum. I was away for the weekend and missed the release of the tickets for the Edinburgh concert. If anyone has two tickets available I would be really grateful.

I am pleased to say that I obtained tickets today for the Edinburgh concert from http://www.tickets-scotland.com at face value plus a booking fee of £4 and they seemed to have a few left. Many thanks to 'iraklis' who contacted me after I had already bought!
