Andrew, you have confirmed that my memory is not playing tricks on me. I too thought of Frankie Laine singing Ghost Riders and remember the Rawhide/ Clint Eastwood connection on TV, (and the disappearing dot!) When no one else mentioned it I thought I must be mistaken, but perhaps two of us cannot be wrong.
