Sorry, Inigo, does not look promising for another London concert.

And: as often expressed by many: lots of thanks to Jarkko and Marie and all other mods for their enduring and excellent (and honorary) work for us!
And: as expressed by few: lots of thanks to AEG and local organizers!

Hm... I added the word "elsewhere" to my original message.
Now it is formulated exactly in the way I wanted it to read!

I have also sent a thank-you message to our contacts at AEG
saying that this was a very special pre-sale, well worth the long
wait. Also the booking system was easy and fast, and the
seat allocation was the best we've got in UK!!

Thanks indeed.

I will now spend the next days with bated breath at the sight of Jarkko's italics!

And then the good news for everybody:

AEG informs us that our UK presale link will stay open until just before the shows go on general sale (May 31)!
Go to viewtopic.php?f=76&t=33879 for more info & buy tickets to any of the UK shows at our presale!

Really, Alan? Petulant? Steady on! I do seem to have got your back up for some reason -- not entirely sure why.

My comment was made when -- foolishly, I now realise -- I hadn't logged into the forum and seen that presale tickets for the UK tickets were available and had been for almost a week. But like I say, I hadn't expected logging in to be necessary to get concert dates. At the time I posted my comment, I genuinely couldn't understand why the dates weren't on this site and I had seen them elsewhere first. That's the context in which my comments were made, and I don't think it was rude to ask the questions I did nor to preface them with "what I want to know is". Nor, I think, do those questions constitute a complaint. Nor am I unappreciative of efforts made to get information and presales on the site. In fact, everything you have said is a misinterpretation of my post!

The following posted today demonstrates the need for restricted viewing about our pre-sale. There are touts even amongst our members here :(

Two front row tickets for Brighton have found their way on to eBay at a Buy it Now price of £550. These HAVE to be from our presale:

Must agree - I found Alan's comment to be rather rude, and unnecessary - noone questioned his appreciation of this forum, or of Jarkko.

What a way to be welcomed after your first post.
