Hear! Hear! on Diane's suggestion.
And I agree with "More than brilliant! Well done!" and fifth it!
As always, so seamless!

phil....well done that man.. one of your most inventive and imaginative pieces..
....only worry for me is that i seem to have taken on the role as one of your muses....now the only pictures i've seen of muses they are always depicted stark naked either leaning on a column or holding a greek vase on their shoulder...now i can manage the leaning or holdin' the vase but could you clear up the dress code before this thing goes any further

My dear friend Ken
I know I have a vivid imagination but I dont think you realise the vision you have just planted in my brain . So in order to keep me sane and rational can I suggest a dress code that covers as much flesh as possible at least for the benefit of future visions of you that might pop into my consiousness
No offence Ken but to quote the Bellamy brothers : If I said you had a beautiful body . You might hold it against me "
Phil

I've wished you the same on that abysmal FaceBook, but I'll wish you the same here, Paula.

remember how happy we all were when we discovered that the city fathers of stratford-upon-avon had named a road after our very own joe...and what fun we all had at the time trying to find appropriate named highways and bye-ways for the rest of our merry band....well imagine my horror when this related little story from the people's republic of south yorkshire came to my attention....

Ken
You are an inspiration for my work and the latest post of yours inspired me to think of my roots with some gratitude for although we make fun of our roots from time to time as Reggie Perrin would say "I would not be the man I am if it was not for my roots " so hear is a tribute to my working class upbringing :
On the street where I lived
I have often walked down this street before
And the coal dust stayed beneath my feet before
All at once have I.. got my head held high?
Knowing I’m on the street where I lived
There were broken trees in the heart of town
You could hear the sirens sound in every part of town
But love poured out of each and every door
This is true on the street where I lived
And oh the towering feeling
To know I had nothing to fear
That overpowering feeling
Any second that my best friend would appear
People stop and stare they don’t bother me
For there’s no place else on earth that I would rather be
And as time goes by..I don’t care if I
Must stay here on the street where I lived
