I'm betting that new material
will be added as they settle in and get their sea legs.
In an article about Sligo (a very good article), Leonard said this -
"We've been all over the world, and you know, one is never sure that it's going to work again. You're never sure from concert to concert, actually, because there's some part of it you don't command."
...
Although the favourites like Suzanne and Famous Blue Raincoat will certainly feature in the sets at Lissadell, Cohen has hinted that there might also be a move towards new material.

They had a most wonderful response from the audience in Zagreb and I'm sure they are all looking forward to changing up with some of that "new material."

And Dino was playing on a new instrument - an Eigenharp.

Anybody remember which song?

Halfabee - one of your pictures is of Javier and Dino - and Dino is playing his new Eigenharp (second from last picture). Do you know what song?
Well, I can't really remember, but looking at the setlist and time the photo was taken, I think it could be during The Partisan? Maybe someone else will be able to confirm or correct me
And thanks for your kind comments about my pics/vids!

It was beautiful!
Second best concert in my life... just after my first Cohen show in Lucca. But this one was also perfect... I'm speechless. The setlist was nice, I was really surprised with The Partisan. I kinda wished to hear it. But I missed A Thousand kisses deep... that song reminds me on my first Cohen concert and trip to Lucca. I'm your man was beautiful too. Well... everything was. It was just a perfect day.
Thank you Mr. L. Cohen, and thanks to all of those wonderful musicians you have around you.
See you in Ljubljana!

thanks for the excellent reminder on the extraterrestrial experience from sunday evening!
is it only me, or has anybody else gotten an impression that the beginning of 'everybody knows' was rendered by LC in tom waits-ish style - almost barking

? maybe a deliberate hommage to one of the artists he appreciates, according to an interview i read somewhere?

Deliberate or not it did sound like TW has entered the room indeed! Do you dare imagine what these two would be capable of producing if they decide to create some music together...

i am still in a shock mood
i just get what i want ,and this is all
after concert and our meet up
first there is still no enough words to thanks Tom
it is certainly or definitive clear that without him
there will be no these extras
like Sharon,Webb Sisters,Roscoe
although they appereance in Meet up tribute changed my life imidiately
they definetely came because Sharon promise it to Tom-the fact that they after evening full show rehearsal sit in a taxi just because they promise they will come ,is really completing how such a persons they are
and how 4 of them are great ,nice persons, really even more beautiful than on stage
this change also my view of sunday concert
and the fact that Leonard did inscription about my Tower of songs cd,and his so unexpected reaction
i am still patiently, waiting for Tom to recover and tell me the whole story about that

I also thought the band looked very reserved and dare I say even bored at some points. I hope as the tour evolves they decide to try something new.

let's not forget that for the vast majority of people in the audience this is the one and only time they'll see LC and Band on this tour and as it's such a perfect set list it's best to keep it as it stands. of course it's rgeat for us who visit the tour on several ocassions to have a little variety - especially as this tour is now sooooo long! - but for most this is their one LC gig and they deserve the hear the music that has had the rest of us in raptures for so long.

Thank you for these words. I was trying to come up with a perfect "excuse" for not getting any new songs in Zagreb show and what you said echoes some of my thoughts perfectly. It was amazing, brilliant show we've been waiting for for decades and my only regret is not getting closer to stage during standing ovations... but, that's just what feeds my show bug as Mary called it, hence I'm browsing Ljubljana show's ticket sites!

Anyone notice Dino's new state-of-the art "acoustic-enhancing" equipment?
In "I Tried To Leave You" - Dino's harmonica solo starting at 1:15 -
