GOT them! Trying on two phones on and off with the help of two daughters for the last hour or so. I think it was the 03 number in the end. There was a lot of noise and they could hardly hear me. Had to repeat everything 3 times. Got seats 13-19, row 27, entrance 11 gate 3 (or the other way around).
I got 7 tickets for me, my husband and 5 children, making two seperate orders. And turns out that the operator is a student of my husband at the university...(you give your name when you order).

It can be done, just some patience.

You need to login just to see the password. You can give them the password when you are no longer logged in.

I imagine he was ironic, stating that it's awkward (to say the least) to add a special number for non-Israelis (probably it was meant - for people living abroad) to an Israeli concert.
No need for anger, IMHO.
BTW, I'm still dialing the 03 local number for quite a few hours
