Lizzy I love the photo of you Greg posted! So nice to see your smiling face...brought back memories of meeting you in Golden at Red Rocks..well I mean
Wet Rocks..June 2nd..I sent my photo off to Laura already (in fact I was told I was the first to send one in) thats because I only have one good one...no prize but I did it right away so I wouldn't have to think about it. I tried to post it on here but can't seem to do it..I'll try again.

Hi mutti,

I will try.

Click 'upload attachement'. Filename: click 'search' (I hope it is 'search' because it is 'durchsuchen' in german). Another window will open. Now you can select the file you want. Doubleclick this file. Then click 'add the file'. You will get to 'posted attachements'. You should see the filename there (blue). Click 'place inline'.

I hope this will help you ............if you will be able to understand 'my' english

I am not an expert but the problem you may have is that the file is too big in terms of Kbs. You may need to go into the 'edit file' programme and then save as web attachment or (as I did) email message. If you save as email message it is probably too small (around 6kb) but can still be seen ... Normal photos from a digital camera are at least 600 kb which I think is too large for the forum software!

Everything else is as stated in the previous mail I think!

I think you are right. The maximum allowed size is 256 KB.

Thanks for your kind comments in your posts - greatly appreciated.

I see that Mary, Sheila, and Lizzy have posted pictures - looking good, ladies. Nice to see your faces again and bring back memories of the Beacon meet-up. It was also nice to see a picture of fellow picture-gamers Esther(how did you ever come up with the name mnkyface) and Heike - terrific pictures.

btw, Diana, I believe it's your turn to post a picture.

Heh-heh...Mike, I do believe when all this started Laura made a comment about only receiving photos from women, and I made a somewhat snide remark that men are always the procrastinators. Well, whatdayaknow...guess who is the supreme procrastinator! Will definitely have one in before the 31st. Was going to go down to my lake tomorrow for a little photo session but it's supposed to rain all day..... Perhaps I'll do a wet duck photo...with a smile!

Thanks for the feedback on the photos..where exactly is the upload attachments?
I went to user control panel and saw manage attachments but that didn't work..

when you click 'postreply' you get to the editor. 'upload attachements' is just underneath.
