Thank you Chema and Meritxell too for this news. Meritxell from Andorra writes in the Spanish Leonard Cohen's forum, we wait she will register here soon.
The three documents included are:
1) Beatriz Pecker interviews LC - tour 1988. They are a bit nervous, Leonard was interested in Beatriz's papers . And "First We Take Manhattan" from the concert of San Sebastian (the best recording of a concert that we had) 16:26
2) Tomás Fernando Flores, monographic program with clip video and fragments of concerts 31:18
3) Tribute to Leonard Cohen: Tower of Song 1995, Kelley Lynch was there, you know 19:21
There are a lot of propitious signs in the sky; rtve, the Spanish public television and Sony Music are promoting Leonard Cohen. I need to believe that this means very much: the Summer Tour in Europe is hopeful for us .
I thought the attached review might interest many, it was written by Ian Shedden, in The Weekend Australian ("Review" section), Saturday 21 March. For those of us living in Australia, a reputable retailer here in Perth (78 Records), feels it will be available in Australia within a week of its USA release.
I've realised the attached copy may be a little hard to read, so herewith the copy:
“I was born with the gift of a golden voice,” Leonard Cohen croons on the exquisitely stark Tower of Song, earning a round of applause for his trouble and rightly so. Australia waited 24 years for Cohen to return to these shores with his swag of celebrated love songs. Now those who were lucky enough to witness his astounding performances a few months ago can relive some of the glory in this recent footage, while those who missed him can marvel at an artist who can still do justice to his material – and then some – at 74. He is indeed in fine voice. Essentially the set, recorded at London’s 02 Arena in July last year, is the same one we saw here, with the suave septuagenarian front and centre for the journey of 2 ½ hours or so through his finest work. From the opening Dance Me To The End Of love through to the closing Whither Thou Goest, Cohen is a commanding, gracious presence. The subtle arrangements of the songs always allow Cohen’s golden but just occasionally fragile voice to shine and for every word to count, as was his intention when he wrote them. Thus the power of Hey, That’s No Way to Say Goodbye, Bird on the Wire and Suzanne lies in the singer’s gentle delivery as much as the restrained instrumentation around him. The accomplished band’s greate3st strength is in adding textures rather than full-blown backing, with drummer Rafael Bernardo Gayol leading the way, mostly with brushes rather than sticks. There are some fine solos, however, particularly from Spanish guitarist Javier Mas on a variety of stringe4d instruments. The only fault here, inevitably, is the limited scope of the filming, which is unable to convey the epic, almost spiritual nature of the show. The music, the songs and the artist? Hallelujah to them. Iain Shedden

Afraid not! It is available to stream though from NPR First Listen though (link earlier in thread)
I listened to the NPR streaming last night. Exquisite is the only word I can think of to describe it. The voices and instrumentation are beautifully balanced. Leonard's voice is strong and I noticed all sorts of things I never noticed at the original concert. I can see why this is the concert they chose to put out.
Can't wait for Monday to come - let's hope HMV ship the pre-orders promptly!
Some songs are already broadcasted here on the radio (Radio 101, Zagreb Croatia), the media promoter of local SonyBMG company. I totally forgot it's few days to the release date. [They're playing the burned CD from the official SonyBMG advance-download web-site, I asked. Funny times the nowadays, there's no even the actual promo CD anymore...]
