I am a Dane living in Dublin at the moment, which means that my billing addres is not the same address as the one I actually live on now. This means that if I suceed in getting tickets online I will have to get them mailed to Denmark in order to pay them!

This leads me to my question; is there a ticket office/shop where I can show up in person an purchase tickets Friday morning? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi the Captain

I just moved house and changed credit card and in the last hour just changed my details on ticketmaster. you just need to go into your ticketmaster account and edit your account, there you can change you billing details and delivery address. Hope this helps.

Well the problem is that I don't have a credit card registred at the address where I actually lives. (It sounds a lot more dodgy than it is.) This means that if I am to register my card at ticketmaster.ie correct, I have to register an address where I do not live if my card details are to go through. I see on their page that there are several ticket centers in Dublin, but I cannot find any confirmation that these will actually sell Leonard Cohen tickets, neither can I find the opening hours for these ticket centres (and if anybody mentions Neill Diamond as an alternative I'm gonna cry!). I'm thinking of lining up at the one in St. Stephens Green centre tomorrow morning hoping for the best... Does anyone have any experience with buying tickets this way?

I'm not sure, but I know a man... if you send a PM to forum member ptn s/he is a Ticketmaster Employee, and I'm sure will be able to answer your question...

You'll find details if you click on members & search the P's (go straight to page 7)

Sorry Captain, would it be possible to ring a ticketmaster outlet to see if you can go to and physically buy a ticket? or can you buy one of those "credit cards" with a specific amount (think you can get them from post offices) and just put in the address you in live in now??

I hope it works out for you and you're right Neil Diamond is NOT an alternative. Be positive everything will work it self out!!!!

Hey, I just got through to Ticketmaster in Ireland on the phone, after waiting for ever. They are strenuously denying any knowledge of an 'extra' concert on 15 June. So I tried a different tack. I asked if there happened to be another date to be added (ie 15th June), when might they announce it?

Then he said (still very cagey) that they weren't going to give out information that was 'unconfirmed,' but that in such a situation they could make an announcement on their site 'even within half an hour' of the first concert going on sale. So I guess it is worth it if you can, keeping the Ticketmaster Ireland link open tomorrow if you want a 15th June ticket.

May we all get good tickets!!

Yep, stay on that site... this happened with Springsteen, and I got tickets at around 10.30 when the second show suddenly "appeared"....

I tried phoning the ticketmaster office at St Stephens Green; however, it claims that the number does not exist. Is there som kind of are code or something which I don't know about? The number is listed as: 4781736 - i tried adding a 0 and ending up talking to a - very kind but not well connecting regarding Leonard Cohen tickets - elderly gentleman...

I don't trust Ticketmaster online, we'll be queueing at the local outlet tomorrow morning (remember the old-fashioned way?) - looks like Block A5 is the place to be folks. Does anyone know what the limit is per person ? We'd like to get an extra pair for our friend's 50th birthday...

hi there, may I ask why ? Ticketmaster is, to the best of my knowledge, the only option for me, since I live in France and am absolutely coming to Dublin for the show...

Is there any advantage to going to a TicketMaster booth at 9:00 or is it just the same as being on line at home????????
