Almost missed this...
The 'thinking aboot it' is the first step.
For me the notion was so far out of my character that it felt 'dangerous' every time i thought about it, but in a good, rebellious way. I dwelled on it for nearly a year before deciding to 'do it.' Maybe it was mid-life-crisis...who knows. But it is empowering. I can't explain it.
I did research and had mine done (both, on separate trips) in Manhattan. It hurts so good....
