I'm getting Stall 1 Row C seat 41 for Brighton but the seating plan just doesn't make sense to me. Any idea if it's a good seat
Oh dear. They can't do it again, can they???jackiet wrote:I've just got home from work and put the O2 date on my calendar only to see that 14th September is Day of Atonement. I remember when we went to Verona last year that concert date had to be changed and it was suggested that it was due to Day of Atonement!!
We have to hope that leonard has been thoroughly consulted about all of these dates ! ( but who knows)Mabeanie1 wrote:Oh dear. Yes this might be rebadged an ' England and Wales' tour .LHHUNTER wrote:I really do feel sad that Leonard is not coming to Scotland. I was hoping to take my very elderly parents along. They did see him in Glasgow in 2008 and loved the show but are not now able to travel far - Edinburgh maybe.
Anyway I will go to Manchester and Leeds and will be their eyes and ears to report back to them. I hope they release a DVD of the Old Ideas tour
Me also LH. Really thought Scotland was in with a shout. By the time you factor in travel/ticket/hotel/time off work, I've decided it's not worth it. I've got my memories though - stretching back more than 40 years. Enjoy the gigs!LHHUNTER wrote:I really do feel sad that Leonard is not coming to Scotland. Almost certainly doors time. 6.30 pm is pretty "standard" for the LG Arena.cohenadmirer wrote:i've just looked closely at my email confirmations for the mancheser leeds and birmingham shows .
They all give the time as 6.30 pm.
Thank you, Jarkko, but really the majority of the work falls on you and we all appreciate your efforts, your fighting for the fans and your getting up in the middle of the night to make posts or rearranging your work schedule to make posts. I am very pleased the UK presales have gone well and the waiting and worrying is over. Nice to see folks happy.jarkko wrote:Great to see that this has been another successful presale. Many members have got really good seats!
The positive feedback warms my old heart; thanks for thanks!
However, I'd like to share all your thanks with Marie who is working hard on the presales and everything that is involved!
Yom Kippur begins the evening of September 13 and ends the evening of September 14. So, it would seem to be okay. But I asked Robert anyway and he said it is okay. Thanks for bringing this to our attention so quickly.jackiet wrote:I've just got home from work and put the O2 date on my calendar only to see that 14th September is Day of Atonement. Thanks for clarifying this so promptly Marie and putting our minds at rest.MarieM wrote:Yom Kippur begins the evening of September 13 and ends the evening of September 14. So, it would seem to be okay. But I asked Robert anyway and he said it is okay.
