Paris never officially confirmed the starting time!!! About all others are scheduled to 9 am (local time), but maybe Paris opens later. OR they are just late (wasn't it the same last time??). You will have to keep on checking.

I like how contrary to all common sense they priced the 3rd category just ABOVE 100 euros.
