In a fairly Country mood the last few days....

How do you put those album covers on the thread?

I am listening to Micah p Hinson tonight....

Google,say "Songs Of Love And Hate".....on the top left hand side of the screen it should say "image",click on "image",you should then get a page of pictures of the album,click on whichever one you want(though bear in mind some are huge and some are tiny,the size is underneath the image)once youve picked one,click it,you should then have the image on the top left hand side of the screen,then click "see full size image",this will isolate the image on the page and there should be nothing else on the page now......
now,go to the address at the top of the page and right click and press "copy"
Then come back here and click "img" above the page,it will look like this [img][img] ,right click again and "paste" the address in between the two "img"s


Its all very easy once you get used to it....give it a go!

I haven't listened to any solo stuff of Levon Helm but what a talented guy he is. The Band were a superb group.
I saw a film with Levon Helm in it ,Shooter, and had a shock at how old he looked.You forget sometimes how the years go by.
I'll have to check his music out.

I'm not a huge fan Of Cash,but there are some songs on here I really like,especially,The Man Comes Around, I keep having to
repeat it all the time .I get hooked on it!

Do yourself a favour and get "Electric Dirt"(the latest) or "Dirt Farmer",both are fantasic records,i absolutely love his voice now,old and ravaged,just how i like it


I went through a major Cash phase recently,if your joined a library(or if your loaded....or if you just steal it!)look up his "Unearthed" boxset,some brilliant stuff on it,check out his version of "Bird On The Wire" with an orchestra....amazing
