Dress Rehearsal Rag

I believe in 1968 cohen performed "Dress Rehearsal Rag" on BBC TV with the introduction camparing it with "Gloomy Sunday". Do any of you know if there is media of this available online as i would like to see it.

There's CDR circulating around, look in Traders' Corner. But only audio CD, there's no TV recording.
