This is a short part of an interview with Leonard Cohen that was broadcast on BBC Radio One in England sometime in 1974. I don’t know the exact date, the name of the interviewer, or why I only recorded the final ten minutes. Key topics are the film Bird On A Wire and the New Skin For The Old Ceremony album, which was released later the same year.
The recording finishes with a pre-release version of Why Don’t You Try, which may be removed in some countries for copyright reasons. In that case, the accompanying reading material should help to fill the gap.
