Leonard Cohen In Dublin

Post by maroo »

Hi all,
I'm sure Jarkko will advice us soon, and I hope with some good news for us, anyway, Leonard Cohen will be in Dublin the 11th September 2013:

http://www.ticketmaster.ie/Leonard-Cohe ... m_homeA_h3

Hope this helps, and I hope to have some good PRE-SALES option!!!

Cheers

My faith in Leonard was not misplaced and I was sure (hopeful at least) that he would drop by to see us also.
Happy that it is the O2, Kilmainham was too cold for me (all 4 nights ...).

That's why I some time ago wrote that the last part of the tour is still under construction!

No final confirmation from AEG yet, but soon!

Jarkko, I'll bet you knew all along and were just teasing. My prayers are answered.

Well, to tell the truth, I didn't... Ireland must have been added very recently (and AEG has not confirmed the addition!)

According to Ticketmaster.ie - tickets go on sale on Friday 17/05/2013.
I am now fairly confident (hopeful ...) that there will be more than one gig
in The O2 Dublin. The first one will probably sell out pretty early.

Hi,
I will buy the ticket as soon as I will have the opportunity.
I'm really happy that this time the concert will be in the O2, we don't have to pray a second time for the good weather!!!
This year I can't afford more than one Leonard Concert, but I hope that everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy the concert!!!

Hope to have the opportunity to share the experience with other forum member, as I was lucky to meet some of you last year!!!

Cheers

Hopefully we will still get a UK tour and it hasn't been dropped in favour of yet another residency in Dublin. It would be so nice to be able to get to a show without having to catch a plane first.

I guess we still have to wait patiently. Looks like any UK news will come after everything else .....

This is like waiting to be picked for netball at school, trying not to look bovvered whilst everyone gets picked first. Is the UK the slightly sullen, slow kid that no-one wants to pick? Will someone at AEG eventually roll it's gigantic, powerful eyes and say 'Oh for God's sake..., ALRIGHT then...the UK. But only 'cos we've GOT to.'

Congrats anyway Dublin. We might have to return to Ireland ourselves at this rate!

Update from AEG:
The information is NOT correct and Ticketmaster has to remove it immediately.
Let's wait patiently until we have confirmation of the last concerts
