Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with some travel advice? I'm from Liverpool but now live in Brighton and havent been into Liverpool since the Echo arena opened. Can anyone tell me where I'm likely to be able to get a taxi after the concert on tuesday? I have to get back to my parents in maghull and have a really early start back to work on the wednesday so I need to make a quick getaway. I've looked on street map and googled taxi ranks but the nearest seems to be Lime St.........

If your destination is near to Maghull railway station there is a train you can get at Moorfields, a walk or short taxi journey away from the Liverpool arena. A train heading to Ormskirk leaves from Liverpool Central, stopping at Moorfields and takes about 20 minutes to reach Maghull. Cost is £2.65. Times are 11.10pm and 11.40pm. You will probably need the last one as it is unlikely you will reach Moorfields in time for the 11.10. A taxi all the way to Maghull will be pretty expensive!

Cool - I'm sure it will be excellent, after reading all the concert reports on here!

Got tickets a couple of weeks back on a bit of a whim after catching part of the O2 concert very late at night when I couldn't sleep due to a nasty cold... I was blown away, and have been frantically immersing myself in Cohen-ness ever since... and loving every minute of it (although I'm probably driving everyone else around me completely mad!)...

Roll on tomorrow! ...or should I say tonight!!!!!
