I'm still waiting and will be for some time. The Official Leonard Cohen US store shipped my CD bundle last night. It will be delivered by DPD - estimated delivery 8-22 days. And that's not including the inevitable delay at UK Customs.
Amazing service for the $22.97 they charged me for shipping. Not.

I was a little skeptical about how this would end up, building the arrangements after the fact around the vocals Leonard had left. But this album has some superb, moving moments. And some very interesting and creative production choices by Adam. (For example, loving the sound of the guitars and handclaps on The Night of Santiago). Many thanks to all who put this together.

Heard the album on Spotify just now for the first time. Beautiful as one could expect, will be on repeat a.lot !
