Hello, I ordered Thanks For The Dance May 6 from the Official Leonard Cohen site because I wanted my sale to go directly to the site.
It's July 7 and it has not shown up yet. Yes, I may have ordered it from the UK store and that would be understandable why it's taking so long but I can not get any reply from any contact on the site as to why it's taking so long and where it is.
The monies have been cashed in already but I have nothing.
Can anyone help me?

Have you checked the order tracking on the Leonard Cohen shop website? If that doesn't give you any information I suggest you message Forum member barnes through the forum to ask about the status of your order. He runs the UK/ Europe online shop.
It may be that they are closed or still operating with a skeleton staff. By way of explanation, the UK went into lockdown on 23 March and we have a "furlough" scheme designed to protect jobs during this time under which the government pays 80% of wages provided staff do not work. Many places put all or most of their staff on the scheme, which runs until October. This would have delayed shipping significantly. We also have massive postal delays, particularly internationally, because so few flights are operating. I ordered something from Greece at the beginning of May and it only arrived with me last week. According to the tracking information, my parcel waited 3 weeks for a flight from Athens.
I hope that helps. I am assuming you are outside the UK but apologies if I am wrong and you know all this already. Anyway, barnes should be able to look into things for you.
