Tacoma Trailer

Can anyone explain what the title of the instrumental Tacoma Trailer is about?

"This was designed for a theatre piece by Ted Allen. It was part of long suite and I kept playing the music when I was in this trailer in Tacoma. That part of the suite attached itself and started to sound better and better. Then, I thought it would just be a nice moment to unwind from a very dense and literate album. I think you can unwind before you put the record on again."

That's a very cool quote from LC. How sweet and sensitive of him to be thinking of us in that way, to give us a song to chill out to after taking us on such a intense ride! I admit that I sometimes stop listening to the album before listening to Tacoma Trailer, but now that I know why it's there, from now on I'll just let it play! (Of course, I should have known that Leonard had a good reason for putting it there! )

I love listening to Tacoma Trailer and find it very spiritual. I used it as background on my Shana Tova 5770 greetings to my family and friends, including Forum friends, for a a Happy and Healthy New year.

How interesting -- I am the opposite. I often play Tacoma Trailer on continuous loop. I find Leonard's words too intense to have playing in the background (I just stop working and listen!) but Tacoma Trailer is ideally soothing when you have something dreary to do like tax.
