My random moment is something entirely different:
Yesterday on the news here, the Australian Senate daily working procedures were show on TV and I was startled to see and hear each of the Senators in turn cry out loudly, "Ring The Bells" repeatedly!

Apparently, a quorum is required in the chamber to conduct parliamentary business. By law that's a minimum of 30 out of the 150 members to be present in the chamber to pass laws etc and this wasn't happening. The law then allows each senator to say, but there is not a quorum present. "Ring the bells". Quorum not being present. "Ring the bells". This kept on happening! I have never heard so many attempts to start this great line from "Anthem".
