I have been listening to The Window quite a lot recently .... whilst waiting ....

It is such a beautiful poem/prayer and although I don't really understand the mysticism it doesn't seem to matter except for the last verse ...

"for the Holy One dreams of a letter,
dreams of a letter's death -"

Can anyone help with an interpretation, please

I don't know if I can be of help but in considering what comes next

Oh bless thee continuous stutter
Of the word being made into flesh

it seemed that the dream would be about something written about becoming something lived.
