Some years ago when I dug a little deeper into Cohen's music, I discovered a wonderful website called "Leonard Cohen Prologues". It contained a collection of spoken intros to songs or alternate lyrics that had been performed in concerts. It was a treasure trove!
The website has been offline for quite some time now. Does anyone know what happened to it - did it move to another location? Did anyone compile all the stuff in a document before it went offline, maybe?
Luckily, the wayback machine has taken several snapshots of the website, so most of it can still be accessed:

My plan would be to copy all the information from there before it will be gone completely. If anyone has already done that, please let me know!
