We have just passed the bench again and are happy to report that even more progress has been made since the pictures above were taken.

There is now a floor and the sides have been worked on too.

The bench is ready! Also the plaque has been mounted but it is still covered - until Saturday, the official inauguration at 7 pm

It was a lovely ceremony - simple and appropriate. Thanks to everyone involved in the project. And a big thank you to Claudia for composing and performing such a touching song for the occasion. Well done everyone!
