HELP wantend & needed

Dear board members,
since 5 months i write mails to SONY/Germany on and on. I get every second mail a new nine to fiver.
All I want to do is to publish the most covered song in the world with my own lyrics to honor Mr. Cohen.
I am no Businesswoman, jus a musican. but without management this is a fight against windmills.
Does anyone of you has data of "bad monk publishing" I can't find any data on the net.
Or has anyone of you contact to the management to Leonard Cohen ?
Any help is appreciated !!!

Here we have the essential words in your request.
Past experience makes it clear that you will not get permission to record Hallelujah with your own lyrics.
To do this, you would need permission from both Sony Music and Leonard's estate. Will never happen, so best to give up. Sorry, but this is how I see this.
