June 11, 2016 - "It was a magical evening. 1500 hundred singers came to Luminato Festival at the Hearn Generating Station in Toronto. Daveed + Nobu (AKA DaBu) taught them back up parts to Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah, then Rufus Wainwright joined them on stage to sing lead. It was an EPIC NIGHT! to remember."

I've even done a version of that magnificent song myself. Anyone interested in hearing it google Trevor Beddows you tube and you'll find a man with an enormous nose singing Hallelujah (amongst other things.)

i've just stumbled upon this via a German website:
http://www.voll-krass.com/es-ist-der-be ... aensehaut/
the header says:
It's the most famous song of all time, yet when 1500 people are singing it - gooseflesh
Isn't that a somewhat exaggerated, most famous song ever?
I guess that would rather be Imagine or Smells like teen spirit.
