Amazing show in Connecticut! Somewhat different and lovely lyrics to "A Thousand Kisses Deep". Does anyone know where I can get them?

Leonard often writes new lines to songs. Some lines to Bird On The Wire have been changed during the past tour. However, for A Thousand Kisses Deep, there is a version of the poem in Leonard's Book of Longing. The poem/song had one of its beginnings here:
