Well, should you have been there the second night, you would have attented both.
Mysterious enough indeed this departure in such a haste. Maybe it was due to too many names...

Reading these reports, I would have loved to have been in Boston!
Yes, bigdee, Leonard's words and blessings at the end make the evening end so soothingly, don't they.

The video police were really flexing their muscles then ?
From other reports sounds like there were some very special moments( eg tower of Song) which it would be so good if someone had captured for posterity.
And Albert N was there ? Big lost opportunity

He is the original iconoclast right from the beginning. This concert must have been something to attend. Thanks for the feed-backs!

Some Video from Boston Wang Theatre.
On Saturday night I just watched and listened to the concert. The ushers were quite vigilant and it was VERY frustrating for me to have to sit there and just listen. I was in foul form after the show.... my poor wife will confirm.
Sunday night...I must have have been wearing the invisible Cloak from Harry Potter, as i was sitting within 3 feet of a security person. Luckily, it was his first Leonard Cohen concert and he was mesmerized....
I have a few Gems.

Thank you so much Albert! for being there and for catching those 2 precious performances.
Leonard looked like he was totally enjoying himself on Darkness. Curious about the words or sounds he was using when introducing Rafael. Whatever language it was or sounds he used they were
really cool...(as is Leonard himself!) the energy of that concert sounds amazing.
Wish I was there but having a video to watch really helps.

Maybe the instruction was to not bother looking at people close to you because , surely, they wouldn't dare .
Thanks for daring to do the strictly forbidden
In montreal i was spotted filming on he first night and told to stop or be thrown out .
On night 2 i was recognised and told before the show started that if i wanted to enjoy the show i shouldn't take a camera out !
I had a sense of being 'watched'
But where there's a will .......

Thank you Al for the wonderful video. So glad you were able to catch Chelsea Hotel with the simple arrangement...so moving. As I sat watching the concert I was wishing someone was recording the whole thing so I could re-live it over and over. It really was magic.

Thanks Albert, great videos (as usual). Chelsea Hotel #2 is sublime, and I love Leonard's rhythmic chant in Darkness. Amazing stuff, glad you captured it!
