Mystery Song

Post by Usarj »

Saw a YouTube of an LC song but can no longer find it. No evidence it was on any of his albums either.

Here are some lyrics as I could hear them.

A gust of wind, could nine
Get a life, go for-broke
Even if it’s strange to you
So hang on for dear life
Ditch all the trouble and strife
Don’t you know there’s more than one shade of blue

Head in the clouds where it should be
Love is blind but sets you free...

If you can tell me anything about this song, please help.... Name etc.

Thanks. USARJ

Hi Usarj,
Welcome to the forum! Sorry I can't help much here.
To the best of my knowledge, that's not a Leonard Cohen song. But it would be great to find a new one if it was!
Another thought says it could be a poem, but again, not one I'm aware of.
By the way, I think in the first line it should read, "cloud nine" not "could nine" ;-)
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to B4real ~ me
