Nobel Prize for Peace

Post by lightasabreeze » Fri Sep 25, 2009 11:38 pm

After all that Leonard is doing and has done in the past, would it not be wonderful if the powers that be, considered him for The Nobel Peace Prize? What an honour it would be for him. I think he deserves it anyway.

There's a facebook group dedicated to getting him the Nobel prize for Literature, I'm sure he's equally qualified for Peace as well, Leonard is a man of many talents ;-) :D

The peace price is totally unrealistic, but the price for litterature is actually not too far away.

The nobel price in literature has never been given to a "music poet".

Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen get mentioned/nominated every year.
Sooner or later they will give it to one of them.

But who will get it? Only one, and then it will be another fifty years until another musician gets it...
