S--t, if the next concert is on August 1st, the hotel is probably going to charge me double for rebooking  . Well, I will do whatever...even sleep in the street for a second concert (er, well, maybe not ;-) ).
Diana, email them back rightaway and explain that on checking the email you have made a mistake and you ment to cancel 2 August and bring forward your booking to 29 July. You never know it could be that simple.

Hi Swan13,

Thanks! Actually, I did that. Had not received any email from the hotel yet cancelling my original booking SOOOO, hopefully I can still hold onto August 1st. Of course, they are going to think I'm nuts....but then, aren't all of us LC fans slightly so ;-) ;-)

I see that Sligo local radio Ocean fm is now reporting Leonard's planned concert at Lissadell. No mention yet of any other performers.

Confused :? . Is the Sligo concert still scheduled for Saturday 31st July.
I noticed it is no longer in the list. My hotel booking has been made so would like to know if I have to try to re-schedule. Also I can not find the thread discussing the Sligo concert. Has it been moved somewhere?

All I can find now is this New entry in the concert listing and ticket link entry
x-July: concert to be announced this week, with presale Saturday April 24 (moved from April 22)!
I guess if it is not the 31 July it is likely to be Friday 30th as the opening night??? Probably best not to speculate however.
Not changed on the official LC website as yet....

I think they do this deliberately to wind us all up :? I also have my hotel booked 30 and 31st pm, we will see what is going to occur.

Thanks rpan. I guess we will just have to wait and then reschedule my hotel booking, if I can still get an extra day's holiday. I think you will be right with a new date of Friday 30th Jul and another concert on 1st Aug.

Regards,

Scott

Don't worry folks - the change in the listing was made at the request of the tour operator and is only result from the official announcement that has been moved to Wednesday. Until that we have to be hush-hush.

Um...does mean more cities in general or just more in Ireland? Either way, very exciting. :D
Hey, perhaps, both? Even better. :D :D
