Ottawa Meetup

Several of us who plan to attend the Ottawa concerts are considering a fan meetup to coincide with the concerts. If anyone else attending these concerts are interested, let us know by replying to this thread, and we will plan accordingly.

Great idea!! I just want to keep my fingers crossed until Wednesday. Ottawa is the one show I would really want to attend in Ontario so let's hope all goes according to the plan!

I'd love to be at the meetup! I also sing Cohen and am doing a Tribute to Leonard Cohen concert on April 4 at the New Bayou on Bank at Sunnyside in Ottawa - 8:30 pm. Just a warm-up for the Main Event...Hope to meet some of you there or in May.

Great idea. I will be at the May 25th concert and would love a meet-up - maybe on Elgin Street somewhere or the Market? Or the Irish pub at the corner of Sparks and Elgin - very close to the NAC.

Wherever, let me know.

Very excited - I saw him in Toronto last June 6th - it was amazing. I wept through most of the concert, hopefully I'll be in better form this time.

May or may not be able to get tickets, but would consider joining you more fortunate souls for a blow-by-blow of the concert. Please do keep me in the loop too.

And who knows? Tickets may yet become available. I know we enjoyed his show immensely in Montreal last summer.

Dream Warrior - what kind of seats do you want? I have a friend who got slightly better seats at the AMEX presale, so has two extra ORCH Row 0, centre seats for the May 25th concert. She was asking friends if they wanted the tickets, but failing that she was hoping to sell them to someone on the forum. Obviously she will sell for face value.
