Fumbling around as I was (ack, credit card security code??), with the clock ticking it really helped to have the address details already in the profile.

Very smooth purchase for two sixth row centre seats in Ottawa, thank you Jarkko for making this happen. I am a very, very happy fan.

Does anyone know what the VIP ticket package is? Other than great seats? I didn't opt for this, but am curious.

I just want to thank you for arranging the exclusive presale of tickets and for providing the passwords online to all Leonard Cohen fans. I was able to get 3rd row seats for the Detroit show and I am very excited. I saw Leonard the last time he was in Detroit 15 years ago and it was a great show. I'm sure this one will be as good, if not better. This has been the best Ticketbastard experience that I've had thanks to your forum. Even though TIcketbastard added an additional $23.00 per ticket for my convenience (~20% of the ticket price). How thoughtful of them.

Tried to get 2 tickets for the Wang T. in Boston on the 29th. Got password and logged into Telecharge at 10am. Ticket purchase option was not available at that time - then phoned telecharge an was put on automated hold. Continued to try on-line Telecharge while I stayed on hold. Telecharge operator picked up at 10:15 (at the same time I was able to access the purchase ticket option on Telecharge.com website). I gave the operator the password over the phone and she accepted it - then she searched for tickets for the next 15 minutes while I also searched on line -- no tickets available either place. I finally hung up the phone at 10:35 after thanking her for trying at least.

Immediately got on the ticketmaster website (through link provided) and tried to get 2 tickets for the Thursday night show in Conn. - only tickets that were available there were the $ 500+ each.

Am looking for tickets in the $100 range as I am on retirement income.

Any ideas?? A sad, disappointed fan - almost as old as Leonard.

According to AEG, the password was supposed not to be case sensitive, but at least one venue has changed it themselves to be ItWasTheHat or something like that.

It is just before !0 a.m. on Feb 25th and the Ticketmaster sitefor Winnipeg says the fan presale is March 2nd!! I will return at 10 a.m. but this seems strange.
