Re: Introducing the Deluxe Ultimate Music Guide to Leonard Cohen
Got mine today.
It’s an updated reissue of this:
26 more pages for £10.99, covering 2016-2022……Otherwise, in terms of relevant content, it’s an identical page-for-page reprint, with a new intro from a new editor

Oh, that's interesting, and probably pertinent to a few people. But, since I missed that earlier edition, it'll all be new to me! It takes ages for mail to get across the pond to where I am, so I'll likely be waiting for a while yet for my copy.ThanksfortheTrouble wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 12:33 pm Got mine today.

I’m happy to add it to my collection, if only for ‘completeness’…..daft or what?
But it really is an excellent retrospective, with a few new pages on Thanks for the Dance and his earlier films and the current movie……for which I just bought my ticket today…going to see it on Sept. 23rd, the first showing in Glasgow…

Not daft -- I totally understand! I hope you enjoy the film -- I saw it last week and thought it was wonderful. Cheers!ThanksfortheTrouble wrote: ↑Fri Aug 19, 2022 7:02 am I’m happy to add it to my collection, if only for ‘completeness’…..daft or what?

It's actually quite a nice magazine -- I'm glad I bought it -- but to each their own! Cheers!
