Marianne Ihlen obituary - The Times

Postby The Tipsy Wife » Sat Aug 27, 2016 2:34 pm

A full page obituary was published today, Saturday 27th August, for Marianne. It relates Marianne's and Leonard's "story". The article also includes a half page photograph of Leonard and Marianne taken on Hydra in 1960. There is probably nothing new here that forum members have not already read, however it is still quite a poignant article and includes a quote from the letter she received from Leonard shortly before she passed.

I read this in an old-fashioned printed copy of the newspaper and unfortunately couldn't find a link to an on line version. If anyone can locate one please add it to this thread.

Jarkko, is there any information available about Marianne's son, Axel and what has happened with him? (If we're not out of order to ask). Thank you.
