To commemorate Canada Day, Margaret Wente, a columnist with the Globe and Mail, wrote an essay about her immigration to Canada fifty years ago. Thank you for posting this lovely article in praise of being Canadian....and of course learning to love Leonard Cohen one song at a time. I'm not Canadian, but from time to time have thought about living there despite the Arctic winters!
