I scoured the online shops to see if any of the recent shows had been recorded for release and found none. I was so depressed that contacted Mr. Kory at Leonard's management, and I am delighted to report that I received a reply! Mr. Kory says a CD of the best versions of Leonard's recent live performances and a DVD of one of the shows are to be released March 2009.

How brilliant is that?!

I saw Leonard and his band perform at Manchester's Opera House in June. They blew me away. I was so impressed, I'm going to see them again on 30 November when they play the M.E.N.

Liptrot, if I were going to the show alone, I would take up your offer of meeting up afterwards. However, I don't think my wife and grown up stepdaughter would be up for that. I'll be thinking of you all, though!

That's great news In the recent edition of Mojo magazine they said there was a plan to make each show of the tour available as a download - that would be awesome, I'd love to have copies of the performances I saw

Here's praying the DVD will have subtitles/captions for deaf people so that I and my friends and others can access it properly.

I have forwarded your request to the person who will be working on the DVD during the Xmas break of the tour.

In the MOJO interview it was mentioned that it would be the July 02 show that gets released. Do you think that is still the case?

Also, I really hope the show is a full length concert and not edited highlights. As there wouldn't be one song that I'd want to see cut out!

It will be the whole London O2 concert (July 2008).

I really hope the spoken word version of "A THOUSAND KISSES DEEP" is included on all formats! OH, and please a 4x180G vinyl box set of the concert too! ; p
and any word on the next batch of digi remasters?
