There are a few videos from Leonard's 2009 and 2012 concerts at Rexall Place -- if you go to youtube and type in "Leonard Cohen Edmonton", you'll find those.

I am not aware of any full recordings (on audio or video), unfortunately.

I don't have any Edmonton recordings either. Quite a few Canadian shows were recorded (I have over 50), but these are mostly from Toronto and Montreal...
