Self-portrait, not music

Post by gypsy500 » Fri Sep 17, 2004 1:34 am

My first post, so hope this is okay....

Several years ago I won a framed and matted, signed, self-portrait done by Cohen. Titled, Happy at Last.
I think it was one of 12 to be won.

At that time, it was valued at $1,250.00 (looks purdy durn ugly to be apprasied at that amount *LOL*

I am looking to sell this item.. and was thinking about E-bay..
Does anyone here have any more info on these 'portraits'. and/or how to go about assessing the value??

"Happy at last" has been posted at
A substantial number of the portraits were printed for promotion by Sony,
and during the years signed versions have quite often been seen at eBay.
With the number rising the monetary value has probably been going down
from the estimate you mentioned. A signed reprint is a wonderful memento,
so maybe it would be best to keep it yourself???

Thanks for the info, Jarrko.
I think I'll just leave Lenny hanging on my wall a little while longer, until he's 'matured' another 10-15 years or so... heheheh

He doesn't look that bad between Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr.

Now it' time for me to hit the pit.
'Night all
