It's nice, Margaret, but nothing like Ludlow. The colour is nothing like the soft mixed shades of Ludlow's walls. But thanks for trying. :)

linda_lakeside wrote:Margaret, your 'wall' does indeed fit with Fljotsdale's poem. Very nice looking town you have there.

Fljotsdale, Good Poem. I enjoyed it very much!

These walls remind me of Vancouver's sea wall. 6K around the most Beautiful park in the world (but I'm biased). Too bad I've not yet found the way to 'link', then you could all see what I mean (and agree with me). :)

Linda.
Thank you, dear. :) I'd like to see that sea wall.

the result of a joint building venture between Ludlow and Birmingham. This £35 million project is an attempt to recreate the original Ludlow Old Walls. The photo shows the completed site, which has won many International Architecture Awards.

"Old stone, earth bone"- I really like this one!

Nicely written, Witty Owl.

I took notice of that line as well. Overall, I'd say it's a very good poem.
