It seemed that Dino was originally included in the rehearsals for the 2012 tour along with Alex and then let go.
I don't think it is was as simple as Dino just filling in the gap until they had a violinist.

Arlene, I definitely noticed a different sound to Darkness on both nights in Montreal. I thought it had to Do with the lack of a really heavy bass sound during the intro. I did not notice that Leonard wasn't playing His guitar. I am wondering if the different sound had something to do with him not p...

Count me in but I am not sure for which nights. I will let you know once I know.

Joan of Arc, Oh My God! How lucky you all were to be able to experience it's debut. I also thought Hattie Webb's performance was exquisite. Her voice was rich and pure, Absolutely lovely.
