There is a Wetherspoons pub , The Ledger Building , at Canary Wharf ,one tube stop from the O2, it is a ten minute walk from Canary Wharf Station Their website says open till 11pm on Sundays If coming by public transport then just get off one stop early , back on the tube for 2 mins to the O2 Pity ...

After another email to AXS which this time simply said "Please send my electronic tickets" they finally arrived - reissued they said but I found no evidence anywhere of the originals being sent. Hope no one else is in a similar position but if you are an email to AXS should work ...

Thanks for the info and suggestion. That's essentially what I did and got the reply above. It just reinforces my point that the response seems to vary. At some point I will be within the 10 day limit and be able to push them a bit!
