Yes, I agree, I have been unlucky, I mean Marseille was a special evening, and Caen wasn't bad at all :) but if you had been at Paris Bercy last year, you would have seen how we, French people, can be sometimes, standing ovation after every song, clapping and screaming... I'm seriously starting thin...

Can I really say that I was disappointed by the concert in Tours (as I was by the one in Strasbourg)? Not by L Cohen, nor by his band, but by the audience and its lack of reaction... I was one of maybe 20 to stand up after le Partisan, in Tours, maybe 90% of the audience was French, and that song me...

with regards to the complaints that the audience was not very cheerful, let's not forget that for the 5 or 6 last song, everyone was standing up... I had the best seat I ever had for his shows (1st row) but I was so anxious for the concert to start (not having seen the Man since Barcelona last year)...

There's no direct train from Caen to Lille, you'll have to go through Paris (and change from station St Lazare to the Gare du Nord too, there are direct buses between the 2 stations) you can expect a 4h/4.5h trip from Caen to Lille...

I don't understand the pricing & seating for Strasbourg. I picked premiere seating and then I got offered parterre porte 1-rang D - no idea where that is and it costs EUR256 for 2.... Can anyone help?? parterre means the first rows just in front of the stage, rang means row D should be the 4th ...
