Concert quips and blessings

Hi, Now I have seen Leonard in London again, my 11th but hopefully not final gig, I'm already missing going to his concerts. As well as the music of course, I also enjoy his witty quips and also find the 'blessings' he makes at the end of concerts quite touching. If this has not already been done, I...

The new album

So now we know what is planned for 2014. While, like a lot of forum members, I would love to see some more concerts in 2014, let's not forget to get excited about the main news here, Leonard is working on a new album! That is such wonderful news, and great that he wants to keep creating new work. I ...

Re: Tour Continuing Until December 2013??

This line from Jarkko is making me appreciate my great tickets to Brighton and London's 02 even more. I wonder what his plan is for 2014. Will it be another CD or book, or perhaps just a well earned break? It will strange not to have Leonard's concerts in my life - but I hope coming off the road mea...

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED

I certainly did not opt out of receiving future emails, but have not received an email yet about my tickets.

Re: London and Leeds

I also opted for proper tickets but also have not received an email yet.

So looks like they have not managed to contact everyone at all.

The first I noticed the change was on this forum.

Blue Alert: Warsaw Radio Broadcast

Hi,

I have been trying to track down the Warsaw radio broadcast of the Blue Alert concert, but with no success.

Can any one help at all? I'd really appreciate it!

Re: PRESALE TO THE UK SHOWS

Thank you Jarkko so very much for giving me the chance to get seats to these shows. I have cracking seats for both the 02 and Brighton. I couldn't be happier and it's all because of your efforts! The 02 was where I first saw him live back in 2008 (the Live In London gig) so it seems fitting to see t...

Should I buy individual volumes?

I currently have the 50th anniversary copy of Let Us Compare, Stranger Music and Book Of Longing. So very much at the two extremes in terms of them being early and later in his poetry career. I feel I want to give the poetry some serious attention, after years of constantly listening to the music (e...

Should I buy individual volumes?

Thank you all for that information on the various editions.

That will help me so much in deciding which ones to get (at a price I can afford!).

Interestingly, I notice the recent paperback of Book of Mercy is suddenly out of print and is commanding very high prices on sites like Abe Books.

Should I buy individual volumes?

Thanks for that, I'm now going to hunt them down.

With poetry generally I think individual volumes give more of a sense of what is was like when they first came out, whereas collected works can be a bit overwhelming.

Off to eBay for me then!,

Should I buy individual volumes?

Hi, I have Stranger Music but have been wondering if it is also worth owning the individual volumes of poetry. Does anyone know whether these have more poems than are collected in the Stranger Music sections? It would be great if they reissued them all, as they did with Let Me Compare a year or so a...

PRESALE ON TUESDAY TO LONDON (June 21, 2013)

I got seats in middle of block a3 and I am very happy with this. Okay, I'd of course always like the front row, but this is so much better than when I saw the first ever 02 show and was quite far back. I have Jarkko (and AEG) to thank for this and I really appreciate his efforts to allow me to get a...
