Re: Kilmainham, summer 2012?

From The Irish Times website http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/breaking/2012/0326/breaking12.html The page which MusicMania links to has been updated and now included one of Albert's very best videos - justified recognition indeed - how Albert manages to produce professional quality video with a ...

Re: PRESALE on March 29 to Gothenburg/Dublin/Verona/Paris

Hoping to go to one of the Paris evenings - I like the idea of the smaller venue and being dry  . Anyone else going? This matter is currently being given due consideration................... I saw him in similar "smaller" venues; (The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center) which seats about 2,500 a...

Re: PRESALE on March 29 to Gothenburg/Dublin/Verona/Paris

To be clear at the outset my experience of 2008 in Kilmainham ranks right up there - concerts that were as good as it gets. And I live in hope of a repeat. I don't want to dampen the enthusiasm, but a word of warning for anyone thinking of travelling to the Dublin concerts - there could be a world o...

Re: Your Old Ideas listening plans?

And then i press the repeat button and and press it again and I start to feel guilty becasue I am turnin...

Re: SHOW ME THE PLACE (free streaming of new song)

Here is my humble cover of 'Show me the Place'. I have recorded it in a few minutes, so there are many mistakes in the way I play the keyboards and in the recording of my voice. Anyhow, I hope you like it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkx3BBNB2VE&feature=youtube_gdata_player On my very first list...

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Las Vegas, Nevada, December 10 & 11, 2010

I'd echo everything Rpan says. It was a great concert. For me it was up there with Kilmainham and Lissadell. The band were on their game and LC was in sparkling form. RPAN's comment about LC smiling is so true. He was, throughout. There were many flawless performances during the course of the concer...

Re: CONCERT REPORT: Portland, Oregon, December 8

Lenny and the band were on form tonight, difficult to believe that this tight and energetic performance was by the same "walking dead" we saw plodding around the stage on Monday night in Oakland. Some really top notch performances here especially before the interval. And Famous Blue Raincoat was as ...

Re: Portland Concertgoers

If you are flying in and staying in the Crowne Plaza note that the shuttle bus is on request, rather than a regular schedule. I landed in Portland today and the Taxi Captain called the hotel and reqested the shuttle.

Feeling very much at home with the weather we are "enjoying" !
