They block of certain seats for both Pre-sales and General Onsale. I can assure you there will be amazing seats tomorrow morning but..they will go FAST, I'm talking less than 3 seconds fast. You do need a passport to enter Canada now, however, you do not need a visa. This whole situation is ridiculous. Getting a straight answer from someone who actually knows what they're talking about seems impossible. I am ready to camp out all night for the tickets but I don't want to get robbed/raped or anything. Some clarification would be much appreciated.
