I just can refrain the words of pe swijngedouw - Thank you so much, dear Maarten!
It's the best Christmas surprise I could get this (very straining) year.
Thanks for your instant alertness and gratitude! This really made my year.
All the best for you,
Dennis

Re: Waiting For The News To Come
Dear Jarkko, I can understand your feelings, yet- as already been stated several times now by some members, I don't think any of us was really somehow well, let's say "greedy", to get even more new posthumous material, at least not in a kind of disrespecting way (the thoughts on that Blues album and...

Re: I thought I saw an eagle!
I knew that story about those eagles' practice reminded me on something: In 455 BC, Aeschylus, the great playwriter known as the Father of Greek Tragedy, died in a most unexpected way. He was said to have been killed by a tortoise which was dropped by an eagle that had mistaken his head for a rock s...

Re: NOW THE COUNTDOWN: Waiting For The News To Come
Ten More Days of Patience. Well put! Quite alike another mile of silence the line that always strikes me. Me too. -- It makes me feel like composing a little rough text about it all. (Sorry, I guess it will be rough and sketchy, rather a kind of doggerel, but nonetheless heartfelt and honest): Ten ...

Re: Where were you the first time you heard Leonard Cohen?
It was in 1998 when I came home from school and my mum sat in her comfy chair, listening to "Last Year's Man". I heard this voice, this music and I couldn't but stand there in the hall - still in my jacket and shoes- listening, completely mesmerized. When it was over I went to my mum's room and aske...
