I saw the Brighton concert recently and there were screens either side of the stage, even though the venue isn't huge.
I'm sure the best use will be made of whatever the 02 has to offer.

I really like the poem as it is, with the reader needing to make the shifts in narrative voice and don't think it needs quotation marks. I also like the ambiguity in the last verse.
